PLEASE

PLEASE supply a Quick Guide for the Screen Recorder Pro that walks me through all the steps of using this software -- I'm spending HOURS in trying to work out how to get microphone, system sound, and playback to synch so I can use it, and I've watched endless videos about things like editing, but it just doesn't seem to work when I play around with it. I can't spend all day guessing and guessing. It's killing my productivity, and meanwhile, my clients are getting angry because I can't supply them with videos of tutorials. Your supposed email help is VERY slow to respond, and I'm totally frustrated by the lack of information. Even your FAQs don't seem to relate to this product.
