the Video Recording save does not work

The recording many times does not work
The issue is when you record say 3 online streaming videos then last video after 10 sec to 2 mins will be good then only voice will be there and video will Freeze.

Plus many times when we close the software it crashes and destroys the last video


Any help

if basic funtion like Video recorder does not work then software not worth its price.
